My pizza-project Saturday toke me hours just to make the dough...
Baked on a pizza"stone"...Artichoke pesto/ham/sundried tomatos/cheddar- & mozzarella...
It was goooood...and crisp...Not the last time...
At the same time I threw myself in a "neck chop project"...
Pieces of meat marinated in redwine/garlic/herbs provence and honey for some hours and then grilled...
